Schematics

All parameters are in PSCAN dimensionless units.

This particular C element has been optimized primarily for the lowest possible static I/O currents and matching I/O impedance, and secondary for the highest XI and XJ margins.

How It Works

The element consists of two quantizing interferometers J0-L3-J1 and J2-L4-J1. Each of the interferometers alone can hold an incoming SFQ pulse, either A or B, respectively. When both A and B arrive in any order, they together switch the junction J1, reset the element and produce the output Q.

Files, necessary to simulate the circuit.
